Ann Marie will define the Nutrition Care Process and Model (NCPM); describe the four steps of NCPM and its use with the pregnant client and will discuss using the International Dietetics and Nutrition Terminology (IDNT) to document the Nutrition Care Process.
Ann Marie Barilla, RD, LDN is an outpatient clinical dietitian at the Center for Women's Medicine of Lehigh Valley Hospital in Allentown, PA. Her primary duty is the nutrition counseling of obstetrics patients. She has been using the NCPM for approximately 1 1/2 years in her practice.
1 CPE credit has been approved by the American Dietetic Association for Level I Category, Learning need codes: 4140/4180 for participation in the call.
